RENTAL TERMS
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIODS
RESERVATION PAYMENT TERMS
To confirm the reservation must be paid at least 30% of the total rental value, in the following ways:
Payment of the remaining 70% of the total 60 days before the day of entry of the reservation, may be made by:
CASH PAYMENT TO KEY DELIVERY
The remaining 70% of the total reservation can be paid in cash upon delivery of keys.
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the lessor will have the right to the refund of the amounts that have been paid with the compensation that results according to the date of cancellation until the beginning of the reservation:.
CANCELLATIONS WITH MORE THAN 60 DAYS OF ADVANCE TO THE ENTRY DATE
Those cancellations that occur 60 days or more in advance of the date of entry, 100% of the anticipated money of reservation confirmation will be returned.
CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 60 DAYS OF ADVANCE TO THE ENTRY DATE
Those cancellations that occur less than 60 days before the date of entry, will not be entitled to a refund of any amount paid.
All the above conditions are part of the contractual conditions of the agreement between lessee and lessor.
For all issues that may arise in relation to this contract, the parties expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit solely and exclusively to the courts and tribunals of Fuengirola.
For any matter not described in the contractual conditions of the agreement between the tenant and lessor set forth above, the Urban Leasing Law for vacation rentals and the Civil Code will apply.
GUEST IDENTIFICATION
It is necessary to deliver a copy of the DNI or passport of all persons over 18 years of age who are going to spend the night in the property (it can be sent by scanned email when making the reservation), for police control.
ACCOMMODATION AND EXIT HOUSING HOURS
The entrance will be from 5:00 p.m. of the initial day of the rental of the property until 20:00.
A supplement of € 50 will be applied for arrival after 20:00 to be paid in cash upon delivery of keys.
The departure will be at most at 10.00 a.m. on the day of the end of the rental of the property.
RIGHT OF ENTRY TO VISITORS
A visitor is understood as the person who spends the day in our properties, gardens, swimming pools or recreational areas with the right to use them, without sleeping and exceeding the capacity assigned to the leased property.
They may only be invited by the lessor with the prior authorization of the lessee and signing the corresponding commitment of responsibility. The lessee, due to quota or other reasons, may not authorize entry to the visitor.
The cost will be € 15 per visitor per day.
EXTRA GUESTS
Any person authorized by the landlord that exceeds the capacity of the accommodation and wishes to spend the night on the property, the landlord must pay an additional € 20 per night to the tenant. Prior authorization by the tenant.
PETS OR COMPANY ANIMALS
No pets or pets are allowed,
BEHAVIOR AND STAY RULES IN THE ACCOMMODATIONS
The landlord is given the accommodation in perfect condition, clean rooms and all facilities functioning properly.
The change of place of existing furniture on the leased property is not allowed.
In compliance with municipal regulations, music will not be allowed outside and inside the property, or any annoying activity that may impair the rest of other neighbors from 23'00 at night until 9:00 in the morning of the day next.
The use of any bed linen or bath towels is not allowed for purposes other than those strictly established for its use (makeup cleaning, carmine, shoe cream, etc.), since if so, the cost of Material replacement will be charged to the credit card deposited as collateral.
The lessor is responsible for the leased property and its content and will be directly and exclusively responsible for any damage that occurs therein.
Damages caused to the property will be charged to the credit card deposited as security.
IN GENERAL THE LESSOR IS REQUIRED RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR AND PRUDENT USE OF THE LEASED PROPERTY. BREACH OF ANY OF THE CLAUSES PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED, COULD GIVE PLACE TO THE EVICTION OF THE PROPERTY WITHOUT RIGHT TO THE REFUND OF THE VALUE OF THE STAY NOT ENJOYED.
- From January 1 to May 31, a minimum period of 4 days.
- From June 1 to September 15, a minimum period of 7 days.
- From September 16 to December 31, a minimum period of 4 days.
RESERVATION PAYMENT TERMS
